Poha/chiwda – 2 cups
Peanuts: rather less than half cup
Curry leaves- 8-10
Black pepper powder- half teaspoon
Whole purple chilli powder- 1
Onion- half (chopped)
Green chilli- 1 (chopped)
Salt- as per style
Sugar- as per style
Oil- 2 tablespoons
Method:
Heat a kadhai with some oil.
Fry the peanuts and hold them apart.
Add the purple chilli and curry leaves to the kadhai and fry for half-a-minute.
Now, add the chiwda and fry all of the components collectively until chiwda turns crispy. Do not burn any of the components.
Add salt, sugar, black pepper powder, peanuts, onion and inexperienced chilli and blend every little thing collectively. Switch off the flame.
Variation:
