The culvert was constructed over Sukhchain river close to Bandesur village in Gadarwara subdivision of Narsinghpur district. Sub-Divisional Officer of Police (SDOP, Gadarwara) Ratnesh Mishra instructed ANI that the Nationwide Freeway Authority of India (NHAI) and the Madhya Pradesh Highway Improvement Company (MPRDC) have been knowledgeable in regards to the incident.
