As per the farmer, no dangerous pesticides have been used through the cultivation of pink ladyfinger.

Misrilal Rajput, a farmer from the Khajuri Kalan space within the Bhopal district of Madhya Pradesh, is rising pink okra (ladyfinger) in his backyard.
Whereas speaking to ANI on Sunday, he highlighted the advantages of his variant of ladyfinger.
“The ladyfinger that I develop is pink in color as an alternative of its normal inexperienced color. It’s extra useful and nutritious than inexperienced ladyfinger. This can be very useful for people who find themselves dealing with coronary heart and blood stress points, diabetes, excessive ldl cholesterol,” he stated.
On the method of cultivation, he stated, “I had bought 1 kg seeds from an agricultural analysis institute in Varanasi. I sowed them within the first week of July. In round 40 days, it began rising.”
As per Rajput, no dangerous pesticides have been used through the cultivation of pink ladyfinger.
Rajput stated {that a} minimal of 40-50 quintals and a most of 70-80 quintals might be grown on an acre of land.
Talking on gross sales and value of his product, he stated, “This ladyfinger is 5-7 occasions dearer than abnormal ladyfingers. It’s being bought from Rs 75-80 to Rs 300-400 per 250 gram/500 gram in some malls.”
