The ethics committee had yesterday recorded statements of BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and Supreme Courtroom lawyer Jai Anant Dehadrai, each of whom have levelled the allegations towards the Trinamool chief. Ms Moitra has beforehand referred to as Mr Dehadrai her “jilted ex”.
She has been accused of taking cash to ask questions in parliament, on behalf of the businessman, allegedly designed to focus on the federal government and the Adani Group.
Within the affidavit, Mr Hiranandani had alleged that Mahua Moitra shared her Lok Sabha e-mail ID so he might ship her data concentrating on the Adani Group and she or he might elevate questions in parliament. He claimed she later gave him the login so he might publish instantly.
