Mumbai Weather Update: Met Office Warns Of Very Heavy Rainfall Today


Mumbai rain replace: Heavy rain is predicted within the metropolis and an ‘Orange’alert has been sounded.

Mumbai and your complete Maharashtra coast is witnessing very heavy rainfall since early morning. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned of “heavy to very heavy” rainfall in Mumbai, Thane, Palghar and different coastal districts of the state. An ‘Orange’ alert for Mumbai area has been sounded for immediately. 

An ‘Orange’ alert means native authorities needs to be “prepared”, whereas a ‘Red’alert signifies “immediate action.”
