Narcotics Control Bureau Search Team At Rhea Chakraborty’s Mumbai Home


Rhea Chakraborty has been accused by Sushant Singh Rajput’s household of harassment.

A crew of the Narcotics Management Bureau (NCB) reached actor Rhea Chakraborty’s Mumbai home this morning to hold out searches, days after the probe company started investigating the medicine angle into the Sushant Singh Rajput dying case. The NCB has drawn hyperlinks between Rhea Chakraborty’s brother, Showik, and alleged drug supplier Zaid Vilatra, who has been arrested.

One other NCB crew carried out searches on the home of Mr Rajput’s aide Samuel Miranda. Sources within the company had earlier stated that 20-year-old Vilatra allegedly provided hashish to Showik Chakraborty and Mr Rajput’s home supervisor Samuel Miranda, who had been launched to every by one other intermediary Abdel Basit Parihar, 23.

In an interview with NDTV, actor Rhea Chakraborty final week stated she has “by no means consumed medicine in her life” and claimed she tried to cease Sushant Singh Rajput from consuming marijuana.

Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, was discovered lifeless in his Mumbai house on June 14.

Rhea Chakraborty, 28, her household and others are being investigated by the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation), the Enforcement Directorate and the NCB over Mr Rajput’s household’s allegations that she mentally harassed the actor and had a task in his dying.

Two psychiatrists who handled Sushant Singh Rajput in his previous few months individually identified the actor as affected by extreme melancholy, nervousness, an existential disaster and bipolar dysfunction, in line with statements recorded by the Mumbai Police. Each revealed the actor had stopped taking his medicines, which exacerbated his situation and made it very tough to deal with him.

Yesterday, the CBI termed media reviews attributed to it on its probe into the dying of actor as “speculative and never primarily based on info”, within the first official assertion from the company. “CBI spokesperson or any crew member has not shared any particulars of investigation with media. The main points being reported and attributed to CBI usually are not credible,” it stated.
