No Gurugram Traffic Restrictions Today For President’s Visit: Cops

There shall be no visitors restrictions in Gurugram tomorrow, the police stated

New Delhi:

There shall be no visitors restrictions in Gurugram tomorrow when President Droupadi Murmu goes to an official occasion on the outskirts, the administration of the town in Haryana stated at present.

Earlier within the day, the police stated visitors could be restricted on the Delhi-Jaipur freeway for six hours.

President Murmu goes to Om Shanti Retreat Centre, off the Delhi-Jaipur freeway, to attend a nationwide conference for ladies. The Brahma Kumaris, a women-led non secular group, runs the 28-acre retreat about 40 km from the town centre in Gurugram.

The Gurugram administration stated they’ve made various preparations for easy visitors on the Delhi-Jaipur freeway tomorrow. They stated the freeway just isn’t shut for motorists.

There might be minor stoppages at some factors on the freeway to make sure the President’s cavalcade passes securely, the visitors police stated, including they may deploy groups at key intersections to handle visitors.
