The Guwahati Municipal Company has issued a brand new Customary of Process, which incorporates provisions like no remedy or therapeutic massage allowed by the alternative intercourse, at spas, salons and wonder parlours within the district.
“We have issued a brand new Customary of Process for spas, salons, magnificence parlours, and so forth. Now, Remedy or therapeutic massage cannot be supplied by the alternative intercourse,” stated Siddharth Goswami, Joint Commissioner, Guwahati Municipal Company.
“There shall not be any unique chamber or room in these institutions. The primary door ought to be clear,” he added.
In accordance with the Joint Commissioner, these guidelines have been handed pursuant to the “No. of complaints which have been acquired from residents concerning mall practices in sure SPAs, unisex parlour which is detrimental to the civic society.”
