Coronavirus: The Karnataka SSLC exams had been held from June 25 to July 3

The Karnataka Education Minister has denied studies that 32 college students who gave Class 10 state board exams received contaminated with coronavirus from the check centres. The exams that began on June 25 regardless of considerations amongst mother and father amid the COVID-19 pandemic ended on Friday.
“I can vouch for this that not even a single student got infected at the examination centres. The 32 students tested positive at various stages and were carrying it (coronavirus) from other places,” Karnataka Education Minister Suresh Kumar advised NDTV.
Several college students who confirmed signs of the extremely infectious illness had been turned away from the examination centres after thorough screening. All the contaminated college students can be given an opportunity within the supplementary examination in August as contemporary college students.
Over 7.5 lakh college students appeared for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate or SSLC exams in Karnataka on the primary day on June 25.
The exams had been held with strict security measures in place, together with thermal screening and seating of just one scholar per bench.
Former chief minister and Congress chief Siddaramaiah in a tweet criticised Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa for placing college students in hurt’s approach. “@CMofKarnataka seems to be motivated & overconfident to conduct more exams after ‘assuming’ that SSLC exams were conducted safely. I too hope that everybody are safe. But we will have to wait for 15 days to know the exact outcome,” Siddaramaiah tweeted.
