Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar right this moment dismissed the hypothesis about altering political equations and stated that there was “nothing political” behind his resolution to attend the Iftar celebration organised by Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Tejashwi Yadav in Patna on Friday.
“Many individuals are invited to such Iftar events. What connection does it have with politics? We additionally maintain an Iftar celebration and invite everybody,” Mr Kumar stated.

Nitish Kumar attended the Iftar celebration of RJD after a spot of 5 years. In 2017, Mr Kumar left Bihar’s Grand Alliance or Mahagathbandhan to turn out to be an ally of the BJP.
His presence on the celebration led to speculations that this was an indication of one more political volte-face by the Chief Minister. When requested about Nitish Kumar’s presence on the Iftar celebration, Tejashwi Yadav stated that this can be a custom that everybody participates within the Iftar celebration.
