Parvatipuram MLA Bonela Vijaya Chandra has urged East Coast Railway Normal Supervisor Parameshwar Funkwal to take initiative for operation of trains on to Tirupati and Hyderabad from Parvatipuram of Andhra Pradesh. He mooted this proposal throughout Railway Zonal Committee assembly held in Bhubaneswar on Friday.

Talking on the event, he stated that the operation of trains to these two cities would profit folks of Parvatipuram, Bobbili, Saluru and border villages of Odisha additionally. He urged the railway authorities to proceed the operation and upkeep of each Parvatipuram and Belagam stations since these had been serving lakhs of individuals from the British regime.

He stated that the closure of railway gate close to Belagam station was inflicting visitors disruptions for folks residing in 18 surrounding areas. Mr. Vijaya Chandra stated that the upgrading of stations and introduction of latest trains would profit railways to get revenue by way of sale of tickets and items providers.
