The Mizoram meeting election noticed a three-way contest

Zoram Individuals’s Motion (ZPM), an Opposition alliance of six events, has posted a thumping victory in Mizoram, which went to polls on November 7. ZPM gained 27 seats within the 40-member meeting, comprehensively defeating the ruling Mizo Nationwide Entrance.

The MNF, ZPM and the Congress had contested 40 seats every, and the BJP fielded candidates in 13 seats. The Aam Aadmi Occasion (AAP), which contested the meeting polls in Mizoram for the primary time, contested 4 seats. There have been 17 impartial candidates too.
