

Textual content description supplied by the architects. Impressed by the Bordeaux college and post-war seaside structure, this renovation enhances a Nineteen Fifties home’s integration with the Arcachon Bay panorama.






The challenge overcame challenges of spatial confinement by eradicating structural limitations, introducing a double-height area, and optimizing pure gentle. Utilizing white plaster, darkish wooden, and travertine, the design balances modernity with heritage.




A reconfigured structure maximizes openness to the ocean, with technical areas beneath and residing areas above.
