PM CARES ventilators controversy: Congress corners Centre


The Congress is elevating questions on the buy of 50,000 ventilators utilizing allocation comprised of the PM CARES fund.

Spokesperson of the Congress, Gaurav Vallabh mentioned with the graph of novel coronavirus circumstances in India on the rise, the supply of ventilators is crucial. “The Centre has announced the purchase of ventilators with Rs 2000 crores from PM CARES fund, these were to be delivered by June 30, the deadline has passed,” Vallabh instructed reporters on Sunday.
