BRS working president KT Rama Rao asserted that he has “accomplished nothing incorrect” and termed the costs of corruption within the Components-E race case as “politically motivated”.
Telangana Excessive Courtroom on Tuesday dismissed the quash petition filed by him within the Components-E race case.
“I hope that I’ll get a constructive consequence within the Supreme Courtroom. This case that has been foisted in me is a frivolous case which has no substance…I do hope the Supreme Courtroom will hear my plea and can ship justice…I’ve requested the anti-corruption bureau officers as to what their objection is to taking my attorneys together with me…,” KTR informed ANI a day earlier.
“I’ll make a request in Excessive Courtroom about it…It’s a politically motivated case…I’ve nothing to cover and I’ve accomplished nothing incorrect…,” he added.
Notably, the courtroom additionally revoked the prior order that prevented his arrest.
Telangana’s Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) is investigating KTR’s alleged involvement in a cash laundering case over alleged monetary irregularities linked to the Components E race held in Hyderabad in February 2023.
On Monday, the ACB summoned KTR to its workplace in Hyderabad for questioning in reference to the case.
