Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was shot useless in Mansa yesterday

The chief of a prison gang, which has claimed duty for the homicide of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, has gone to courtroom in a bid to cease the Punjab Police from taking him with them.
The gang chief, Lawrence Bishnoi, has been serving time in Delhi’s Tihar Jail in an organised crime case below the stringent Maharashtra Management of Organised Crime Act, or MCOCA, which has very powerful situations for granting bail.
In his petition to Delhi’s Patiala Home Courtroom, Lawrence Bishnoi mentioned he shouldn’t be handed over to the Punjab Police as a result of he fears he can be killed in an “encounter”.
Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang member, Goldy Brar, who lives in Canada, has in a Fb put up claimed duty for killing Sidhu Moose Wala yesterday. The singer was shot at the very least 30 occasions from an automated assault rifle whereas he was driving his SUV.
Lawrence Bishnoi is a former Delhi College scholar chief. His lawyer denied his involvement and questioned: “How can such an enormous homicide conspiracy be deliberate from jail?”
The Punjab Police suspect gang rivalry behind Sidhu Moose Wala’s killing. Investigations reveal Goldy Brar was in contact with somebody inside Tihar jail.
A key suspect was earlier in the present day detained from Uttarakhand’s Dehradun in a joint operation by the state police and their Punjab counterparts.
This suspect was discovered hiding amongst pilgrims going for the Hemkund Sahib yatra within the mountains. 5 others who have been detained together with the primary suspect from Dehradun are in Punjab Police’s custody.
