Washington:
Russia used a vacuum bomb on Monday in its invasion of Ukraine, the Ukrainian ambassador to the US, Oksana Markarova, stated.
“They used the vacuum bomb in the present day, which is definitely prohibited by the Geneva conference,” Markarova stated after briefing members of the US Congress. “The devastation that Russia is making an attempt to inflict on Ukraine is massive.”
