Sacramento ABC TV station building struck by gunfire, police say


A person has been arrested in reference to a taking pictures at a tv station constructing in Sacramento faces a federal cost and is again in custody after being arrested by the FBI on Saturday. 

Anibal Hernandez-Santana, 64, was arrested by the Sacramento Police Division on three fees associated to a drive-by taking pictures on the ABC10 constructing in Sacramento on Friday. 

He was arrested on fees of assault with a lethal weapon, taking pictures into an occupied constructing, and negligent discharge of a firearm, based on the Sacramento Police Division. By Saturday afternoon, Hernandez-Santana was launched on bail, listed as $200K. 

Hernandez-Santana was arrested later the identical day by the FBI, a spokesperson confirms to CBS Sacramento, on possible trigger for violating federal statute 47 USC 333 after he discharged three rounds from a firearm into the foyer of ABC10.
