Delhi colleges will shift utterly to offline courses beginning Monday, all development exercise shall be shut down, and authorities places of work will make money working from home, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal stated Saturday, because the nationwide capital fights the poisonous smog that has blanketed town for over per week now.
