HIGH POINT — Science in Design is internet hosting its first-ever Design, Art & Science Symposium, centered on the evidence-based schooling on science in design, set for Oct. 12-14 in Excessive Level.
Led by Science In Design founders Mike Peterson, president of Visionary Design Advertising and marketing, and Linda Kafka, president of Livable Atmosphere Inc., the inaugural Design, Artwork & Science Symposium will characteristic main specialists and students within the subject of science and design in addition to networking, experiential displays, product discovery, innovation and inspiration.
Held concurrently with High Point Market, the Design, Artwork & Science Symposium will start with a welcome reception on the American House Furnishings Corridor of Fame on Oct. 12, adopted by its important instructional occasion on Oct. 13, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The Loft at Congdon Yards. On the third day, Oct. 14, a Science in Design exhibit and experiential pop-ups can be on show from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Design, Artwork & Science Symposium’s registration is now open and tickets are available. The Symposium’s Name for Contributors is also open, soliciting skilled specialists within the fields of science and design to submit matters and proposed shows for the Oct. 13 instructional program. The deadline for submissions is Aug. 11.
Supporting the occasion are companions 3M, Benjamin Moore, Stone Peak Ceramics, IMotions, Phillips Assortment, Hooker Furnishings, and TRIO Design; and supporters American House Furnishings Corridor of Fame, Enterprise Excessive Level Chamber of Commerce, Congdon Yards, Go to Excessive Level, Excessive Level By Design and Excessive Level Market Authority.
