A person allegedly concerned within the killing of a witness in a BSP MLA’s homicide case final month was shot useless in an encounter, Uttar Pradesh police mentioned at present.

Umesh Pal was a key witness within the homicide of Raju Pal, a BSP legislator murdered months after successful the Allahabad (West) Meeting seat by defeating former Samajwadi Get together MP Atiq Ahmed’s youthful brother Khalid Azim.
Atiq Ahmed, his brother and former MLA Ashraf are accused within the Raju Pal homicide case and are presently in jail.
