Moscow stated Monday {that a} shell fired from Ukraine had destroyed a border facility utilized by Russia’s Federal Safety Service (FSB), amid Western issues about an escalation in preventing in east Ukraine.

“On February 21, at 9:50 am (0650 GMT), an unidentified projectile fired from Ukraine fully destroyed a border facility utilized by the FSB border guard service within the Rostov area round 150 meters from the Russian-Ukrainian border,” the safety service stated in an announcement carried by Russian information businesses.
