Shilpa Shetty, who flew to Jammu on Wednesday, shared glimpses of her Vaishno Devi journey on her Instagram profile on Thursday night. The actress, who went to the shrine along with her buddy Akanksha Malhotra, appears to be like lovely in a white kurta in her photos and movies. In one of many images, Shilpa Shetty, who returned to Mumbai right this moment, will be seen sporting a shiny orange kurta set and a tika on her brow. Within the video that the actress shared on her Instagram story, she will be heard chanting ‘Jai Mata Di‘ whereas driving a pony within the temple. Shilpa Shetty has been in information since July. Her husband Raj Kundra, who’s at present in jail, was arrested by the Mumbai Police final month in a case involving manufacturing and distribution of pornographic clips on cell apps. On Thursday, Mumbai Police filed a 1,400-page cost sheet towards Raj Kundra earlier than a Mumbai court docket. Shilpa Shetty has been listed as a witness in it and as per the cost sheet, the actress advised Mumbai Police: “I used to be too busy with work, I didn’t know what Raj Kundra was as much as.”
On Thursday evening, Shilpa Shetty was photographed on the Mumbai airport, returning to town from Jammu.
After the arrest of her husband, Shilpa Shetty issued a press release on social media addressing “quite a lot of unwarranted aspersions” solid by media on her. An excerpt from her assertion learn: “The previous few days have been difficult, on each entrance. There have been quite a lot of rumours and accusations. Loads of unwarranted aspersions on me solid by the media and (not so) well-wishers as effectively. Loads of trolling/questions posed… not solely to me but in addition to my household. MY STAND… I HAVE NOT COMMENTED YET and can proceed to chorus from doing so on this case as it’s subjudice, so please cease attributing false quotes on my behalf.”
Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra have two children – a son and a daughter.
