Sonata Software announces succession plan, appoints Samir Dhir as CEO


Bengaluru: Sonata Software at this time introduced Samir Dhir as its new chief govt officer as a part of its board’s succession plan whereas Srikar Reddy can be elevated as Govt Vice Chairman .

Srikar Reddy will proceed as MD and can transition to Dhir over the subsequent 9 to 12 months, the corporate stated in a press release.

“Srikar will proceed to help the management group on vital organizational initiatives,” the assertion added.

“We’re excited to have Samir be part of us as CEO on this progress section,” stated Reddy. “He’s a confirmed chief for scaling organisations, and we consider Samir will present the management and imaginative and prescient required for the subsequent section of Sonata’s progress.”

Dhir has greater than 25 years of management and trade expertise. In his final function, he served as chief govt of World Markets and Industries at US-based IT firm Virtusa, the place he managed the corporate’s income of over $1.6 billion.
