HIGH POINT — House décor and authentic artwork model South + English returns to the upcoming Excessive Level Market, April 26-30, with a dozen new furnishings designs alongside a collection of authentic artwork.
Based in 2020, this market the corporate is launching Artwork Tank, an idea previewed final autumn that explores the interaction of artwork and furnishings. The Artwork Tank Tall Cupboard is fronted with authentic art work by Linwood (Palmer Linwood Smith’s brush title), whereas the Artwork Tank Low Cupboard options work by DJE (David Ebbetts), the co-founders of South + English. Every bit is each artwork as furnishings and furnishings as artwork.
“David and I are each painters, designers, and creatives,” stated Smith. “A lightweight bulb went off after we realized that artwork and furnishings don’t simply coexist; they belong collectively. Artwork Tank was born.”
South + English’s showroom — washed in a deeply pigmented Rose Madder hue — is positioned at 210 E. MLK Jr. Drive.
