Supreme Courtroom would expedite listening to of Amazon’s plea on Future Group arbitration
The Supreme Courtroom on Tuesday stated it will listing for listening to “as early as potential” the interim plea of e-commerce main Amazon looking for preservation of Future Retail Restricted’s (FRL) property in addition to resumption of arbitration over the merger cope with Reliance Retail.

It has been alleged by Amazon that on March 3, as many as 600 shops of FRL have been taken away by Reliance.
The plea was vehemently objected to by the Future group attorneys on Tuesday.
The highest court docket was informed by Amazon that in addition to looking for resumption of arbitral proceedings, it needed an order in order that the FRL’s property are there for it if it wins the arbitration because the “applecart was being upset”.
