Snow Peak Cafe is nestled inside a two-story pink brick constructing in MATRO Luxurious Centre in Suzhou, adjoining to the northern fringe of the Humble Administrator’s Backyard. As soon as 22 red-brick warehouses constructed within the Fifties, the location has been reimagined into the classical gardens of Suzhou, the place architectural order meets the natural move of nature — a quiet steadiness of business reminiscence and pure ease. Responding to this distinctive city cloth, the architect grounded the design in Snow Peak’s core philosophy of “Embrace Your Nature,” utilizing spatial technique and materials articulation to interpret the essence of nature and freedom.
