“Talks Should Resolve Row, Can’t Guarantee…”: Rajnath Singh On China

India-China talks ought to resolve the border dispute, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh stated this afternoon as he interacted with the troops in Ladakh, including the extent of the success, nonetheless, “cannot be guaranteed”.
