The merger of seven subsidiary corporations with Tata Metal is predicted to be accomplished in 2023-24 fiscal 12 months, its CEO and managing director T V Narendran stated.
In September 2022, Tata Metal board had authorized a proposal to merge six of its subsidiaries into itself for better synergies, increased effectivity and scale back prices.
“We had already introduced (merger of) 6 corporations earlier. (Merger of) yet another Angul Power we introduced not too long ago,” he instructed PTI in reply to a query on the timeline for the merger.
Nonetheless, the completion of the merger is determined by the regulatory processes together with NCLT clearances, publish which the method is predicted to be accomplished within the subsequent monetary 12 months, the CEO stated.
