A terrorist concerned within the killing of BJP chief Waseem Bari and two of his members of the family was amongst two ultras killed in an encounter with safety forces in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, police stated.
Safety forces launched a cordon and search operation in Watrina space of Bandipora in north Kashmir following inputs concerning the presence of terrorists there, a police official stated.
He stated the search operation changed into an encounter after the terrorist fired upon the forces, who retaliated.
“Within the ensuing encounter, two unidentified terrorists have been killed,” the official stated.
Among the many terrorists killed is the killer of BJP district president Bari, his father and brother who have been shot lifeless in July final 12 months.

The official stated incriminating materials, together with arms and ammunition, was recovered from the location of the encounter.
