Tourist influx in Goa rises 10.5% in January-March after tourism dept implements outreach programmes

Goa has witnessed a ten.5 per cent development in vacationer inflow throughout January-March 2025 after its tourism division carried out strategic outreach and partnership programmes. The state registered arrival of 28,51,554 guests within the interval in opposition to 25,80,155 travellers through the corresponding interval of 2024, Goa Tourism stated in a press release on Monday. This development is a three-pronged technique by the Division of Tourism, Authorities of Goa, strengthening promotion in core and rising markets, increasing worldwide air connectivity, and diversifying tourism choices, it stated.

“Our success through the first quarter isn’t unintentional – it’s a results of deep partnerships, strategic planning, and constant market outreach.

“Whilst we keep alert to rising dynamics, our purpose stays clear – to make Goa a future-ready vacation spot constructed on sustainability, connectivity, and significant customer experiences,” Goa’s Minister for Tourism, IT, E&C, Rohan A Khaunte stated.
