An Military chopper carrying senior defence officers has crashed at Coonoor in Tamil Nadu, information company PTI has stated quoting sources.
The crash happened within the Nilgiris, in keeping with stories. Some injured individuals have been taken to hospital.
Some stories say there have been 14 individuals on board.
An IAF Mi-17V5 helicopter, with CDS Gen Bipin Rawat on board, met with an accident as we speak close to Coonoor, Tamil Nadu.
