Vice-Chancellors appointed to five universities in Andhra Pradesh


Governor S. Abdul Nazeer on Wednesday appointed Vice-Chancellors to 5 universities in Andhra Pradesh.

Professor Venkata Satyanarayana Raju Samantapudi, a scholar of etymology at Banaras Hindu College, Uttar Pradesh, has been named Vice-Chancellor of Acharya Nagarjuna College (ANU), Guntur. Senior Professor Bellamkonda Rajasekhar of the College of Hyderabad will function Vice-Chancellor of Yogi Vemana College, Kadapa.

Professor V. Venkata Subba Rao, of Mechanical Engineering at College Faculty of Engineering, JNTU Kakinada, has been appointed Vice-Chancellor of JNTU-Gurajada, Vizianagaram. Tata Nursing Rao, analysis advisor and adjunct professor at IIT Hyderabad, has been chosen as Vice-Chancellor of Sri Venkateswara College, Tirupati.

B. Jayaram Reddy, from the Structural Engineering division of Yogi Vemana College, Kadapa, has been named Vice-Chancellor of YSR Structure and Tremendous Arts College, Kadapa.
