Video shows armed National Guard troops in Washington, D.C.

Nationwide Guardsmen have been seen armed with weapons on the boardwalk of The Wharf in Washington, D.C., on Sunday. A navy official instructed CBS News earlier within the day that some members of the Guard, possible fewer than 50, can be armed beginning Sunday night time.
