If this is true, then the government should clarify whether this is an arrest or a surrender. Plus, information and details from his mobile should be made public so that the truth can be revealed.”
Vikas Dubey, who was arrested from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh on Thursday, reached Kanpur from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh on Friday morning. As the Uttar Pradesh STF convoy reached Kanpur, Vikas Dubey tried to flee, leading to an encounter. Vikas Dubey sustained bullet accidents.
