Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a dig at Telangana Chief Minister Ok Chandrasekhar Rao’s occasion at present amid stories that the Bharat Raksha Samithi is leaning in the direction of the BJP.
Addressing BJP employees in Madhya Pradesh forward of state elections, PM Modi mentioned: “If you need the welfare of the Karunanidhi household, then vote for DMK. If you need the welfare of Ok Chandrashekhar Rao’s daughter, then vote for BRS. However in case you folks need the welfare of your little kids and grandchildren, then vote for BJP”.
The case towards Ok Kavitha — linked to alleged excise coverage rip-off in Delhi — is seen by many as a consider BRS’ softening of stance towards the BJP.
The change in stance has apparently displeased a piece of leaders of the occasion, lots of whom, sources mentioned, are making a beeline for the Congress. Thirty-five key leaders of the BRS are set to affix the Congress forward of the state elections due later this 12 months.
