Watch: Ratan Tata’s Audio Message Played Onboard Air India Flights

‘Tata Group is worked up to work collectively to make Air India the airline of selection by way of passenger consolation and repair’. That is an audio message from Ratan Tata performed onboard some Air India flights.

Tata Group accomplished the takeover of the loss-making Air India on January 27.

Air India in the present day tweeted a 19-second video with the message of Ratan Tata.

“#FlyAI: A heat welcome prolonged by Mr Ratan Tata, Chairman Emeritus, Tata Sons, Chairman, Tata Trusts, to our passengers onboard Air India flights,” the tweet mentioned.

An airline official mentioned the message was performed in some flights in the previous few days.

“The Tata Group welcomes Air India’s new prospects and is worked up to work collectively to make Air India the airline of selection by way of passenger consolation and repair,” Ratan Tata mentioned within the message.

Via a aggressive bidding course of, the federal government bought Air India to Talace Pvt Ltd, a part of Tata Group, for Rs 18,000 crore. As a part of the deal, Talace paid Rs 2,700 crore in money and took over Rs 15,300 crore debt of the airline.

Underneath the deal, Talace has acquired Air India, Air India Specific and a 50 per cent stake in AISATS.
