Arvind Kejriwal accused the BJP -led Haryana authorities of polluting the uncooked water provide to Delhi, evaluating it to organic warfare and warning it may lead to mass casualties within the capital. Now after CM Atishi wrote to Chief Election Commissioner on the matter, the BJP has escalated its assault.
