Ramayana by Nitesh Tiwari is among the largest tasks ever, led by Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi as Ram and Sita respectively. KGF’s Yash shall be essaying the position of Ravan within the movie.
Again in November 2024, Nitesh Tiwari took to Instagram and introduced that Ramayana Half: I can be launched in Diwali 2026, whereas Half II can be launched in Diwali 2027.
New studies now recommend that Yash is all set to start taking pictures for Ramayana this week. He was seen visiting the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple in Madhya Pradesh’s Ujjain, to hunt blessings forward of the mission.

Yash additionally carried out the aarti on the temple, as he provided his prayers to Lord Shiva. In a video shared by ANI, Yash was additionally seen performing the Bhasmarti ceremony, which is among the most revered rituals on the temple. Yash was accompanied by many clergymen within the temple premises.
Yash visits the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple earlier than the beginning of each mission.
The actor advised ANI, “I’m very joyful. I wished the blessings of Lord Shiva, as I’m an enormous devotee of Shiva. I prayed for the happiness and prosperity of everybody.”
Yash confirmed his position as Ravan in Ramayana, again in October 2024.
The KGF actor has advised The Hollywood Reporter, “For me, Ravan is essentially the most thrilling character within the epic story. In the event you ask me if I’d do every other character other than him within the movie, I’d say no. I actually appreciated the shades and nuances of that specific character. There was scope to current it differently.”
In the meantime, Yash’s subsequent mega mission titled Poisonous: A Fairy Story for Grown Ups is ready for a March 2026 launch.
