Zomato co-founder quits two months after IPO; Deepinder thanks Gaurav Gupta for ‘amazing’ journey


Zomato cofounder Gaurav Gupta, a key government within the run-up to the meals supply firm’s landmark preliminary public providing (IPO), has resigned. CEO Deepinder Goyal confirmed his cofounder’s exit on microblogging platform Twitter. “Thanks Gaurav Gupta—the final six years have been superb and now we have come very far. There’s a lot of our journey nonetheless forward of us, and I’m grateful that now we have an incredible staff and management to hold us ahead,” Goyal wrote.
