In a surprising incident, an inebriated man beat his six-year-old son to dying for refusing to provide him water at a colony in Gurugram, police stated on Sunday.
Police arrested Suman Kumar Singh, a local of Muzaffarnagar district in Bihar, from the Shakti Nagar space on Saturday, they added.
