A gathering is underway between the Delhi Police and farmer unions concerning the proposed tractor rally by them on Republic Day, officers stated.
Joint Commissioner of Police (Northern Vary) SS Yadav is coordinating the assembly which is being held at Mantram Resort close to the Singhu border, officers instructed information company Press Belief of India.
An analogous assembly was held on Wednesday between the union leaders and officers of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana police at Vigyan Bhawan to debate the route and preparations of the proposed rally on January 26.
