Aditi Rao Hydari’s Heeramandi Reviewed By Siddharth: “Grateful That We Are Living In The Age Of Sanjay Leela Bhansali”

Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar is making all the precise noises. Followers, critics, and even celebrities are showering love on the challenge, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The Netflix present options Aditi Rao Hydari within the position of Bibbojaan, a courtesan within the pre-independence Indian period. Now, Aditi’s fiance, actor Siddharth, has shared his assessment. In his Instagram Tales, Siddharth shared a nonetheless from Heeramandi, during which Aditi’s character is performing mujra. In his assessment, the actor wrote, “Performing (star emoji) Music (star emoji) Aesthetic (star emoji) Drama (star emoji) Grateful that we live within the age of Sanjay Leela Bhansali Saab.” 

He continued, “#Heeramandi a letter of affection and freedom advised within the confines of a bygone age with photos that mesmerise the guts music and verse that stir the soul. A murals that will make Ok Asif Saab proud. Love and congratulations to the entire group. Now streaming on Netflix.”

Forward of Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’s launch, Aditi Rao Hydari opened up about how Sanjay Leela Bhansali once kept her hungry to realize an ideal scene. In a chat with  Rediff.com, the actress mentioned, “At some point, Sanjay sir stored me hungry as a result of I needed to do a scene which was full of fireplace. He mentioned, ‘Aaj khana mat khana [Don’t eat today]’, and that helped me get that simmering sense of injustice.” 

In his NDTV review, Saibal Chatterjee gave Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar 3 out of 5 stars. He wrote, “Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar sustains its highlight on the ladies even because it liberally sprinkles its sweeping, overflowing canvas with intimate moments of affection, jealousy, deceit and rebel and with unfolding processions, avenue clashes and circumstances of custodial torture that go away a path of blood and unspeakable horrors.”

“Directly seductive and unhappy, poignant and prevailing, the tawaifs dwell within the coronary heart of Lahore however are doomed to languish as dispensable objects of fancy on the fringes of a society managed by nawabs on the point of oblivion and ruthless British officers desperately clinging on to their authority on an more and more stressed colonised folks,” Saibal Chatterjee added.

Along with Aditi Rao Hydari, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar options Sonakshi Sinha, Sharmin Segal, Manisha Koirala, Sanjeeda Sheikh, and Richa Chadha in outstanding roles.
